Note that we still see shadows produced from the Rampage lights in the subdivision across from Froemming Park on 51 st. (Specifically on 49th St., north of Hilltop Ln). This picture shows that the lights from the Rampage lighting is easily casting shadows at this distance, which is over 1/2 a mile away. Just look in the garage for the shadow of the person taking the picture.

51st St.

Below are two pictures that show the amount of light tresspass to a condominium development project to the south of Froemming Park. Note the shadow of the wire spool in the first picture and the shadow line above the windows in the second picture from the set of buildings that are between this building and the lights.

Condos

Here is a picture of why we see shadows at the condominiums. This is a picture of the lights taken from the condos.

Glare from condos

Below is a picture taken at Rainbow Airport (76th and Ryan Rd.). No that is not the sun setting, but the glare from these lights WITH THE SHIELDS. At this distance (nearly 1 1/2 miles away from the sports complex), it is easy to see that these lights are still nearly pointed horizontal and are not aimed down at the sports field.
