Below is a picture taken in the subdivision across from Froemming Park on 51 st. (Specifically on 49th St., north of Hilltop Ln). This picture shows that the lights from the Rampage lighting is easily casting shadows at this distance, which is over 1/2 a mile away.

51st St.

Below are two pictures that show the amount of light tresspass to a condominium development project to the south of Froemming Park.

Below is a picture taken at Rainbow Airport (76th and Ryan Rd.). No that is not the sun setting, but the glare from these lights. At this distance (nearly 1 1/2 miles away from the sports complex), it is easy to see that these lights are nearly pointed horizontal and are not aimed down at the sports field.

Rainbow Airport

Here is a telescopic image taken from the same location at Rainbow Airport. Notice that the light from each unit is nearly circular. If the lights were aimed down, this glare would be more elliptical.

Rainbow Airport (telescope)

Below is a picture taken from Puetz Rd. The lights can be seen in the reflection in the car near the front tire. Notice the shadows that are cast (one at the back end of the car and two more to the left of the car. Also, the tree shadow at the left of the picture).
